At DiAgri, we respect your privacy and allow you to request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.
If you would like to delete your DiAgri account and all related information, please send an email to sup.diagritec@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account."
Verification Process: We will verify your mobile number via OTP and permanently delete your data within 7 business days.
Once your account deletion request is confirmed, the following information will be deleted from our servers:
Certain transaction details may be temporarily retained (for up to 90 days) for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes. After this period, these details are also permanently deleted.
All user data is removed from our active servers within 7 days of account deletion confirmation.
Transaction-related data (if applicable) is retained for up to 90 days for compliance purposes, after which it is permanently deleted.
